Someone had to say it! Are you reliable?
As simple as it seems, it's a huge problem with some remote workers/freelancers, and this affects our clients and their impression of our standard of work.
You MUST be RELIABLE. You should always keep your work and deliver work on time. Errors are only human, and as such, you should always make yourself available to address any concerns following a deliverable.
This way, you can understand the issue and give an appropriate time as to when the client can expect to the issue resolved.
